Legal
Terms of Service
1. Who these terms apply to
These terms govern use of the Secure7 Innovations website at secure7.com (the "Site"), operated by Secure7 Innovations Sp. z o.o., ul. Erazma Ciołka 17/304, 01-445 Warsaw, Poland (KRS: 0000857729). By using the Site, you accept these terms. If you access the Site on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity.
These terms apply to the Site only. Engagement for Cybersecurity Advisory, Managed IT, or Virtual SOC services is governed by a separate service agreement concluded with each client and not by these terms.
2. The Site and its purpose
The Site provides information about Secure7's services and a contact form for initiating business enquiries. All content is provided for information only and does not constitute a binding offer of services within the meaning of Article 66 of the Polish Civil Code. Pricing, scope, service levels, and all other commercial terms are established solely through signed service agreements.
3. Acceptable use
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You must not: (a) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or data associated with the Site; (b) introduce malicious code or conduct scanning, probing, or enumeration of the Site's infrastructure; (c) submit false or misleading information through the contact form; or (d) use the Site in any way that violates applicable Polish or EU law.
4. Intellectual property and trademarks
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, the Secure7 logo, and code — is the property of Secure7 Innovations Sp. z o.o. or its licensors and is protected under Polish and EU copyright law. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Personal, non-commercial reference use is permitted.
"Secure7" and "Secure7 Innovations," together with the Secure7 logo (collectively, the "Marks"), are the trade name and distinguishing marks of Secure7 Innovations Sp. z o.o., protected under Polish civil law (Articles 43³–43¹⁰ of the Civil Code) and the Act of 16 April 1993 on Combating Unfair Competition. Access to the Site grants no licence or right to use the Marks. You may not use, reproduce, register, or refer to the Marks — including in company or trade names, domain names, social media handles, or advertising and promotional material — in any way that suggests affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by Secure7, or that is likely to cause confusion, without our prior written consent. Accurate, non-commercial reference to our name solely to identify Secure7 as a party (for example, "formerly worked with") is not itself an infringement, provided it does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
5. Accuracy of information
We maintain reasonable care to keep the Site accurate and current. However, information about services, team, and capabilities may change without notice. Nothing on the Site constitutes a warranty about present or future capabilities, certifications, staffing levels, or service availability.
6. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices and do not endorse them.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Polish law: (a) the Site is provided "as is" with no warranties — express or implied — regarding accuracy, availability, or fitness for any purpose; (b) we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use the Site. We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for intentional misconduct (wina umyślna) — such exclusions are void under applicable law.
8. Data protection
Processing of personal data submitted through the Site is described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The date above reflects the most recent revision.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes arising from use of the Site are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Warsaw, Poland, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of another EU member state that may apply to an individual accessing the Site from that state (Rome I Regulation, Article 6).
